OK I think that we have kind of seen Rory freak out he just goes into a shock state instead of a a panic state. and when we see it is in LKH when he just sees that Mels was Melody and that she is just grinding the Doctor, also at the end of tWoRS when he realizes that River and the Doctor are married (lets just put it that Rory is not exactly happy with Doctor/River), also in night terrors he defiantly entered a bit of a panic state and I think he also entered his shock state a little in tGWW.
