When you realize that River only said “I hate you” to the Doctor calling her Mrs Robinson because it brought her back to this moment

How did I miss that?

It makes perfect sense when you think about it. 

I mean, would you want to remember the day that you tried to kill the man you love?

Mrs. Robinson + “Hello Benjamin” = The Graduate:

and to think he didn’t know about those events yet, so he thought she was just mad at a cheesy joke about her “trying to seduce” him, when really she was mad about him reminding her of the time she tried to kill him, that whole adventure was probably a huge guilt trip for River, having to watch her “kill” him, then being reminded of the first time she “killed” him, then seeing the suit again, then his first kiss with her.
